Valley Cleaning Co.is building a small bench of experienced residential cleaners to assist with move-outs, deep cleans, and a select number of recurring clients throughout Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, and the East Valley.This on-call role is designed for experienced cleaners who want flexible, structured weekday work without committing to full-time hours.It's ideal for a stay-at-home parent who previously cleaned professionally and wants a completely flexible part-time role, a student who cleans on the side and has weekday gaps, or anyone looking for a few consistent hours each week without a fixed schedule.How scheduling works:There are no guaranteed weekly hours.Cleaners submit weekday availability in advance, and shifts are offered based on booking volume and team rotation.Some days require multiple assistants, while other days may not require coverage at all.When a shift is offered, you must be able to confirm availability promptly.If you are unavailable, the shift is extended to the next available team member.Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM.Closed on all major holidays.Typical job breakdown:Vacant move-out cleans (approximately 70%) Detailed deep cleans / first-time cleans (approximately 20%) Select recurring maintenance clients (approximately 10%) Workdays typically range from 3-8 hours, Monday-Friday only.Must be available for up to 8 hours when committing to a clean.Move-outs and deep cleans require strong pace, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.Compensation:$22-$24 per hour, commensurate with experience Weekly pay (direct deposit available) $0.75 per mile reimbursement when traveling between multiple job sites in one day (most days consist of one larger project) All equipment and supplies provided Cleaners are responsible for performing detailed, professional cleaning and maintaining reliable transportation to job sites within the East Valley service area.This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor role.Residential cleaning experience is required.This is not an entry-level role.Cleaning for family or friends, or maintaining your own home, does not meet the experience requirement.The ideal candidate already understands the pace and detail level required for move-outs and deep cleans and takes pride in their work.A paid working interview is required prior to official hire.Minimum Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the U.S.Prior residential cleaning experience in a professional setting is required Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must be bondable (no criminal history) Must pass background check and drug test Professional communication and dependable attendance This role requires consistent physical activity, including standing for up to 8 hours, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing step stools, and lifting and carrying typical cleaning equipment and supplies.Cleaners must be able to perform all essential job functions safely and independently without accommodation that would remove core duties of the role.Valley Cleaning Co.is newly established in Arizona and actively expanding its client base.As volume grows, there is opportunity for increased scheduling and advancement within 2-4 months for high-performing team members, if desired.There are no mandatory minimum hours per week, but you must be able to be present for a clean from start to finish, no exceptions.To apply, please submit:Summary of residential cleaning experience Weekday availability Current location Contact phone number Pay:$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Experience:Professional Residential House Cleaning:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
