Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-family. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, managing tenant relationships, leasing and enhancing the overall resident experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and proficiency in property management software. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Oversee tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work. Utilize property management software for tracking leases, managing contracts, and maintaining accurate records. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones through effective sales techniques. Collaborate with facilities management to ensure all aspects of the property are functioning efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with property management software highly desirable. Strong administrative skills with a background in real estate administration or office management. Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. Ability to perform basic sales functions to promote leasing opportunities effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact professionally with tenants and vendors. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
