XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter! We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support on-site hiring operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay Rate: $18.00- $20.00 Hourly ( DOE) Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Location: Garland, TX Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and create/edit job descriptions Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for high-volume and professional roles Conduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and behavioral interviews Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidates Qualifications: Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication, phone, and basic computer skills Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates Hiring Requirements: E-Verify Drug Screen 7-Year Background Check Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Interested?
