XL Pro National Staffing is now hiring an On-Site Recruiter! Location : Jackson Center, OH Pay : $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Schedule : Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM We are seeking a skilled recruiter to support a fast-paced warehouse operation. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and building strong talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions Execute recruiting strategies for a variety of roles Conduct phone screens and interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and communication Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Source talent using job boards and social media platforms Qualifications: Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial staffing Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Proven ability to build professional relationships Hiring Requirements: E-Verify Drug test 7-year background check Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
