Onsite Hiring & Onboarding Specialist- Parkersburg, WV Pay:$23 per hour Job Type:Full Time Schedule:Shift:Second Shift - Monday thru Friday - 12 p.m.to 9 p.m. Need reliable transportation to and from work About the Role We are seeking an Onsite Staffing Coordinator to join our team This is an immediate opportunity for someone with strong customer service, leadership, technical (Excel/Google Sheets, Apps, etc.) and communication skills.The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, warehousing, or human resources--or a desire to grow and learn within the staffing industry.In this role, you'll be instrumental in recruiting and onboarding new hires, managing job postings, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.Key Responsibilities As an Onsite Staffing Coordinator your responsibilities will include:Conduct New Hire Orientations:Lead and facilitate orientations, helping new hires understand company culture, expectations, and job duties.Manage Job Postings & Candidate Communication:Post open positions across multiple platforms, respond to inquiries, and schedule interviews/orientations.Process Orientation Paperwork:Accurately complete and input all required documentation including I-9 forms, ID badge creation, and system entries (e.g., Excel and ATS).Support Applicant Flow:Guide candidates through the onboarding process, walk the floor to provide assistance, and ensure a welcoming experience.Maintain Compliance:Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and adheres to company and regulatory standards.Represent the Brand:Serve as the first point of contact for candidates.A professional, friendly attitude is essential.Technology & Organizational Skills - Use Google Sheets/Excel daily, our ATS system (Tempworks), and Apps within the work environment.Need high organizational skills to meet the needs of the role and open to technology as well.Data Accuracy:Input candidate and onboarding data with attention to detail and confidentiality.Adaptability:Be flexible to adjust to changing schedules, hiring demands, and operational needs.Leadership - Lead the team that you hire, and backfill for any positions that are vacant (ongoing) What We're Looking For Excellent Communication:Ability to interact confidently and clearly with candidates, managers, and team members.Customer Service Focused:Background in customer service, call centers, staffing, or HR is a plus.We will train the right candidate with a strong service mindset.Detail-Oriented & Tech-Savvy:Comfortable with data entry, Excel, databases, and ATS platforms.Accuracy is key.Reliable & Punctual:Dependability is crucial in ensuring new hires are onboarded smoothly and on time.Professional Presence:As a first impression of the company, you should be well-presented and courteous.Eager to Learn:We value individuals with a willingness to grow in the staffing and HR field.Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred (not required) Growth focused - Looking for growth and development with a global company (long term) strongly preferrence Experience Matters:Entry-level candidates are welcome, but preference is given to those with previous experience and a consistent work history.Why Join Us?
