Join our team as an Employee Engagement Specialist and play a key role in helping new Team Members feel supported, confident, and connected from their very first day. What You'll Do Welcome new hires and guide them through their first days at the community Partner with department leaders to coordinate new hire needs, training and role preparation Keep in touch with new hires daily during their first 90 days Answer questions, provide guidance, and help new Team Members feel confident in their roles What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized with excellent follow-through Comfortable leading speaking with new Team Members Positive, approachable, and supportive personality Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications Associate degree in Psychology, Teaching, Human Resourcesor related field, preferred 1 year of experience in HR, training, employee engagement, or senior living environment, preferred Microsoft Office and HR systems experience helpful Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why Join The Palace at Weston?
