Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others succeed? We’re looking for an Onboarding and Training Specialist to support our real estate agents and leadership team. In this role, you’ll ensure agents are fully equipped with the tools, systems, and training they need to perform at a high level. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position where you’ll manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and serve as a key resource for both new and experienced agents. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 Paid Time Off Health Insurance Growth opportunities within a performance-driven environment Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 Responsibilities: Agent Onboarding & Support Facilitate new agent onboarding and orientation Ensure agents are fully set up in systems, tools, and platforms Maintain accurate agent records and internal databases Serve as a primary point of contact for agent support Training & Development Coordinate and support training programs and office meetings Assist agents in utilizing tools and resources to grow their business Support internal communication systems and manage the intranet Technology & Operations Oversee office technology and communication platforms Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, and daily operations Troubleshoot system and tech issues efficiently Maintain smooth day-to-day operational workflows Leadership Support Provide direct support to the Director of Sales and Broker Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through Deliver high-level service to agents and leadership Qualifications: Real estate experience preferred Familiarity with brokerage systems, MLS, and CRM tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively Professional, service-oriented, and proactive mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfortable managing technology, systems, and vendors Strong training and facilitation skills Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment Who You Are Detail-oriented and highly organized Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems A strong communicator with a positive, approachable presence Proactive and solutions-driven Able to stay calm under pressure and keep things moving About Company Rockton Realty is growing its team.
