Job Description
The Nurse Navigator is nursing specialist who follows patients across the continuum of care. The Navigator coordinates with an advanced level of clinical expertise, all aspects of treatment and care for, and in collaboration with, Mercy’s patients, their family and significant others, physicians, interdisciplinary team, and other support staff. Graduate from an approved school of nursing Licensure: RN (Registered nurse) licensed in state of practice Bachelor of Science Nursing 3 years in an oncology setting is preferred.
