Key Qualifications & Desired Experience Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in Med-Surg Oncology nursing Strong clinical assessment, IV administration, and medication management skills Knowledge of chemotherapy protocols and oncology patient care standards Excellent communication and teamwork abilities BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) preferred Primary Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to oncology patients on the medical-surgical unit Monitor patient status, provide symptom management, and administer prescribed treatments Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and interprofessional healthcare teams Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatments, and care plans Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with hospital policies and quality standards Participate in care planning and clinical meetings, contributing expertise in oncology nursing Why Apply?
