One-to-One Companion (Temporary Assignment)

PATH is seeking a compassionate and dependable One-to-One Companion to provide individualized support to a resident requiring 24/7 care within a therapeutic setting.Responsibilities Ensure resident safety and well-being Provide individualized, one-to-one support Support emotional regulation, coping skills, and executive functioning Reduce risk behaviors and promote stability Complete required 1:1 documentation Accurately record all hours worked Schedule & Assignment Coverage includes days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays Hours vary based on resident need; no guarantee of hours Month-to-month assignment Assignment may end immediately for safety or program needs Compensation $35.00 per hour Payment for approved hours will be processed monthly and paid no later than the 5th day of the following month.Classification Non-exempt employee Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.One year caregiver experience, preferred Valid Driver's License Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Must pass a background check initially and annually.Complete all required training offered by PATH Valid Driver License Ability to follow PATH policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA and PATH standards) Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Job Type:Temporary Pay:$35.00 per hour Expected hours:48 - 96 per week Application Question(s):What interested you in applying for the One-to-One Companion position, and what draws you to one-to-one support work in a therapeutic setting?
