A company is looking for an Online Community Manager to build and grow its online communities. Key Responsibilities Grow and manage online communities, focusing on engagement and positive interactions Create and launch engaging programs and campaigns that encourage participation Manage day-to-day community activities and maintain a safe, inclusive environment Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing Discord and/or Reddit communities Strong understanding of community engagement and participation Proven track record of managing end-to-end community projects Comfortable with online communities and internet culture Proactive and self-directed with a balance of creativity and execution
