Duties Efficiently select and assemble products for online orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory management tools Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment by verifying product details, quantities, and quality standards Pack orders securely, maintaining proper merchandising techniques to prevent damage during transit Stock shelves and organize backroom storage areas to facilitate quick access to products for order picking Assist with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers regarding order status or inquiries Support cashiering duties by handling cash transactions, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math calculations Qualifications Previous experience with POS systems, retail sales, or grocery store operations is preferred Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles in retail or customer service environments is a plus Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers and team members Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management techniques Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail transactions Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments is advantageous A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Join us as an Online Order Filling Team Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
