We here are Arlene's and The Branding Iron have been around in Tombstone, AZ for over 40 years.We are known for Native American jewelry, artifacts, pottery, kachinas.Also we are known for unique gifts and a great selection of western wear.There are many instances where our visitors decide to make a purchase after returning home.Also, there are people around the world looking to get that vibe of the old west.This is where you come in! We are looking for someone to help in a support role for our point of sale system and website! This is a full time positions covering about 37.5 hours per week.Health insurance is available after 90 days of employment.You must be able to work at our Tombstone, AZ location.PREFERRED Qualifications:2 years of retail sales/data entry experience Willing to take on responsibility Detail oriented Point of Sale system experience Shopify experience Good organizational skills Basic math (addition, subtraction, percentages) Willingness to learn Availability on some weekend days and holidays are necessary, as we get visitors everyday.Able to work as part of a team.RESPONSIBILITIES Being on time/commit to the shift and arrive at work as scheduled.Work independently.Entering all items into the point of sale system Adding items to our website Customer service.Completing tasks in a timely manner.Multi-tasking.Packing up online orders.Occasionally helping on the sales floor if needed.This role is vital as we are catering to more online shoppers who still want a bit of Tombstone sent to them! You must want to give a great customer experience to our online customers and help us look good online and in-store.If you want to be a part of sending the Tombstone experience around the world, this is the job for you!
