Job#: 3031048 Job Description: Recruiter Location: Phoenix, Arizona (On-site) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to develop and maintain relationships with hiring leaders, candidate pools, and partners to deliver on hiring needs. This role involves assisting with the implementation of sourcing strategies to proactively identify candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline for open positions. Key Responsibilities Perform full life-cycle recruiting utilizing various recruitment methods. Identify and build community partnerships to generate candidates in alignment with organizational hiring objectives. Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process to ensure compliance with external and internal regulatory agencies. Keep candidates informed with high-touch communication throughout the entire hiring process. Follow through on all submitted candidates in a timely manner and ensure the Applicant Tracking System is kept up to date in real time. Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Regulatory requirements. Participate in process efficiency and process improvement for Talent Acquisition. Serve as a team member on staffing projects and initiatives impacting enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies. Required Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of related experience in addition to the minimum experience required. Experience: 2 years of progressive work experience in staffing, general human resources, or account relationship management, including knowledge of applicable employment laws. Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and hiring practices. Technical Skills: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday and Eightfold. Proficiency with LinkedIn for sourcing talent. Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of recruiting experience in a large organization. Recruiting experience in a financial services organization. Property and Casualty recruiting experience. Banking experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $30.00 per hour.
