We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to deliver responsive, high‑quality technical support to Miller Pipeline employees. This role serves as a frontline resource, addressing phone, email, and chat requests to resolve basic computer, mobile device, and access‑related issues quickly and accurately. This role requires 25% overnight travel to our Denver and Colorado Springs offices. Main Responsibilities Build strong relationships and earn the trust of the operations team. Install and configure software applications according to company specifications. Administer on-site, IT-supported applications, including O365 licensing, VPN, PDF Viewer/Editors, and related tools. Set up workstations and required peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.). Deploy, manage, and optimize mobile connectivity devices, including phones, MiFi units, and tablets. Maintain and safeguard the security and privacy of networks and computer systems. Handle escalated on-premises technology issues originating from centralized support. Provide user orientation and guidance on new software and equipment. Preform troubleshooting on computers and servers to diagnose and resolve issues. Coordinate device and accessory shipments, deployments, and returns. Troubleshoot IT issues both remotely (phone) and in person. Required Qualifications 1-2 years successful professional administration with various responsibilities. Willingness and ability to travel to Denver and Colorado Springs (up to 25% overnight). Intermediate-level ability in Microsoft Office software. Ability to learn various other software programs or Web portals. Possess high attention to detail, a customer service mindset, and analytical thinking. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree in Information Technology or other related field. 2+ years IT administrative experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Connect with us on Social Media!
