# OPC ## Location: Branson, MO 65616 ### Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable OPC to join our team in Branson, MO. This role is similar to phone sales but focuses primarily on engaging with people who are already in town. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively qualify tours, pitch in a professional and polished manner, and have a strong understanding of Branson’s shows, attractions, and the surrounding area. ### Key Responsibilities Engage with visitors currently in Branson to qualify and sell tours. Deliver clear, clean, and compelling pitches about local shows, attractions, and tours. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Branson’s entertainment options and area highlights. Utilize computer systems efficiently to manage customer information and sales processes. When not busy with inbound calls, proactively dial out to potential customers to generate interest and sales. ### Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in phone sales or a similar customer-facing sales role. Ability to qualify customers and tailor pitches to their interests. Strong knowledge of Branson, including shows, attractions, and local area information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computer systems and sales software. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
