Responsibilities Prepare the store for opening by completing setup tasks such as stocking supplies, turning on equipment, and ensuring cleanliness grill experience necessary. Inspect the store to ensure all areas are tidy, organized, and fully stocked for customer service Brew coffee and prepare any morning-specific menu items with care and precision Check inventory levels of essential items and communicate needs for restocking throughout the shift Greet early customers with a friendly smile and assist with their orders promptly and accurately Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for team members and customers Assist in closing tasks if needed, ensuring the store is secure and ready for the next day Qualifications Ability to work early mornings with reliable punctuality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and customers Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
