All positions are paid roles, including internships. Responsibilities Initiate contact with potential clients through warm calling and outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads. Conduct engaging discovery conversations to understand client needs and present compelling solutions. Lead negotiations to close high-ticket sales, ensuring mutual value and satisfaction. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and follow-up. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor pitches that resonate with target audiences. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and markets. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in technology or high-value product sectors. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close large deals confidently. Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. Demonstrated success in business development and account management roles. Knowledge of marketing strategies and how they integrate into the sales process. Ability to analyze market trends, client feedback, and sales metrics to optimize performance. Experience in technical sales or technology-related industries is highly desirable.
