Job Description
As an Operating Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, you will provide clinical leadership for perioperative nursing care, coordinating patient flow and supporting safe, efficient surgeries. You will serve as a resource for OR staff, assist with scheduling and staffing, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll promote patient-centered care, mentor nurses, and help drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced surgical environment.
