HCA Healthcare is seeking an Operating Room Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate perioperative care in our busy surgical services department. In this role, you’ll function as a clinical expert and charge nurse, overseeing patient flow, staffing, and adherence to safety and infection control standards. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care. As a key resource and preceptor for OR staff, you’ll support education, mentoring, and process improvement while modeling HCA’s values of compassion, teamwork, and integrity.
