Join us! Job Summary and Qualifications Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions. Unit: Mission Hospital Main OR, nurses are trained in all cases. New to specialty orientation : OR Cohort is scheduled for those who have no OR experience 7/13/2026. Must have 1yr of RN experience. Recruiter will go over schedule details. Schedule: 11am-9pm for experienced OR nurses. Call: Call Required 4-5 shifts every 6 weeks. Must be within 30 min. of facility. What qualifications you will need: Required Experience: One year of RN experience Preferred Experience: Surgery and or Critical Care experience Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
