Operation Assistant

Description We are currently seeking an Operation Assistant to join Puget Sound Psychiatric Center, a leading hospital in Bothell. As an Operation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality patient care. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of the center. Responsibilities: Support the operational efficiency of various departments within the center. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Requirements: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
