The Mission We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations and Inventory Volunteer to help us manage the essential resources that fuel our outreach. This role is Powered By Love and is critical for ensuring that every donation and supply is accounted for, organized, and ready to reach those who need it most. Your work in maintaining our physical and digital inventory will directly support our efficiency, fundraising transparency, and overall mission impact. Key Responsibilities Physical Inventory Management : Take the lead on counting and sorting hygiene supplies, clothing, food, and other essential resources. Digital Tracking : Perform accurate inventory input into Zoho Inventory to maintain a professional, real-time record of our assets (training will be provided). Logistical Support : Organize the storage facility to ensure high-impact, clean, and professional workspace standards. Quality Control : Assist in the preparation of supply kits and donation batches, ensuring all items meet our standards of dignity and compassion. Collaboration : Work closely with the leadership team to translate operational goals into a streamlined, efficient supply chain.
