Operations and Maintenance Assistant Superintendent (WMS Band 2) Seattle, WA -- Northwest Region $96,616 -- $123,908 Annually Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a skilled leader to serve as the Operations & Maintenance Assistant Superintendent for the Transportation Equipment Fund (TEF) in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will help lead one of the state's most complex and high-impact operations, supporting a multimodal transportation system that serves over half of Washington's population and operates in one of the most congested regions in the country. From mountain passes and ferry terminals to international border crossings and major urban corridors, your work ensures the equipment, fuel, and systems are in place to keep Washington moving. As a key member of the Northwest Region leadership team, you will oversee fleet lifecycle management, maintenance operations, fueling infrastructure, and emergency response readiness across a large and diverse network of facilities. You will also partner with regional and statewide programs to align operations, advance technology, and maintain a highly skilled workforce.
