Job Description
Four Seasons Lawn & Landscaping is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Operations Coordinator to help support and improve daily company operations. This position works directly alongside the Owner and plays an important role in helping create structure, improve accountability, support field operations, and assist with long-term company growth. We are not looking for a basic receptionist or passive office worker. We are looking for someone who can think critically, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, communicate professionally, and help create operational systems that keep the company moving efficiently. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE AND INSTRUCT MEN. This role is ideal for someone who wants long-term growth opportunity and is interested in developing into an Office Manager or Operations Management role over time. Primary ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administrative Support Assist with scheduling crews and coordinating daily routes Help organize operational systems and procedures Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and payroll preparation Track equipment, supplies, and operational needs Follow up on open tasks and unresolved issues Help maintain organization and accountability throughout daily operations Field & Quality Control Support Perform walkthrough inspections of serviced properties Identify quality issues and communicate corrections with crew leaders Help document deficiencies and recurring operational problems Support implementation of company standards and accountability systems Recruiting & Communication Support Assist with recruiting and applicant communication Help coordinate interviews and onboarding processes Communicate professionally with customers and field crews Assist with maintaining positive company culture and operational consistency Marketing & Growth Support Assist with Facebook posts and online content Help generate Google reviews and customer follow-up Assist with marketing campaigns and customer retention efforts Support additional growth initiatives as needed What We Are Looking For Highly organized and dependable Strong communication and problem-solving ability Able to handle a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and capable of working independently Comfortable communicating with both office staff and field crews Strong computer and technology skills preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Valid Driver’s License preferred Growth Opportunity This is intended to become a leadership development role for the right individual. The ideal candidate will gradually take ownership of operational responsibilities and grow into a larger management position as the company continues to expand. Hands-on training will be provided during onboarding. Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
