We currently have an opportunity for an Operations and Office Specialist. This position will support multiple office staff with scale house operations, customer interactions, operational data processing, inventory, and some finance support. Duties may include Answer phones and assist customers with orders, pricing, and general inquiries. Assist with truck scheduling, dispatch, and load tracking. Prepare tickets and invoices Enter data and maintain inventory systems (ordering and checking in supplies and parts) Help maintain daily accounting systems. Process daily production and sales reports. Help support payroll, timekeeping, and basic HR paperwork. Maintain organized records and filing systems. Assist with safety documentation and compliance reporting. Communicate with team members to support daily operations. Perform additional duties as requested supervisor. Two years of office experience with a good working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, access) required. A High School Diploma or GED required. Inventory and parts management experience a plus. LAN experience for troubleshooting office equipment a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a willingness to learn industry specific technologies, and good multi-tasking skills to operate in a fast pace, growing business within the aggregate industry. Ray County Stone Producers, LLC, a Greer Family Organization, is a mining company with a variety of aggregate products with an emphasis in large, graded erosion control materials for construction, agricultural and residential needs. We operate a quarry located West of Richmond MO off Hwy 210, with easy access to the Missouri River for both inbound and outbound barge traffic.
