Overview 3ulky LLC is a collectibles company based in Perkasie, PA focused on trading cards. We do live online auctions, traditional retail and event sales, and we're building collectibles market analysis software. It's a small operation right now – just two of us – and we're hiring two part-time Operations Assistants to help us grow. The immediate need is shipping, packing, sorting, and handling trading cards with speed and accuracy. But we're looking for people who want more than just a job – this is a startup environment where your work has a direct, visible impact on real people and a growing brand. At least one of these roles has the potential to become full-time for the right person. Responsibilities Pack and ship trading cards quickly and accurately Sort and organize card inventory Sleeve and prepare cards for live auction streams and events Maintain a clean, organized workspace Take on new responsibilities as you gain experience and the business grows What We're Looking For Good with your hands, able to work quickly, and take pride in doing things well Trustworthy and detail-oriented – you'll be handling inventory people care deeply about Reliable – showing up matters more than experience Very comfortable using computers Positive attitude and high energy Able to lift/carry 25 lbs Reliable transportation to Perkasie 16+ years old (work permit required for minors) Bonus Points Interest in Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, or other collectibles Experience with social media, community management, or analytics tools Strong social skills and comfortable working with others, online and in person Interest in startups, business, psychology, analytics, and/or software Desire to travel to and participate in events Multilingual abilities, especially Chinese Pay & Growth $12/hr during paid training (1-2 weeks). $14/hr during review period (4-6 weeks). $16/hr after review. Performance bonuses available. Full-time salaried opportunity for the right person once enough experience is acquired. This is a W-2 position, part-time (flexible scheduling).
