We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support daily operations at our cell phone/internet retail store in Flushing, Queens.This role involves coordinating with international teams and helping manage customer service and service activations.Responsibilities Process home internet sign-ups from start to completion Assist customers with cell phone prepaid refills and service requests Respond to customer inquiries via WeChat, online messages, and phone calls Communicate and coordinate with team members in China and the Philippines Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and order tracking Support store operations and help resolve issues quickly Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Qualifications Bilingual:Chinese and English required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable communicating with customers and international teams Ability to multi-task and manage high volumes of inquiries No experience needed; we will provide training.Compensation Base pay commission opportunities (after 90 days) Additional earning potential based on internet sign-ups and service activations Great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Pay:$1.00 - $30.03 per hour Expected hours:20.0 - 40.0 per week Work Location:In person.
