OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our team and support our daily administrative and operational functions.This vital role ensures smooth office operations, excellent customer service, and efficient data management.As an Operations Clerk, you will be the backbone of our administrative processes, helping to maintain organization, accuracy, and professionalism across all tasks.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational skills, this is your opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and energetic workplace where your efforts make a real difference.Responsibilities Main point of contact for all in-person warehouse interactions, including inbound and outbound drivers.Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Warehouse ERP system.Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.Support clerical functions like checking accuracy of staged orders, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative duties.Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting clients.Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, scheduling, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records.Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.Familiarity with a warehouse ERP system is preferred.Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs.Excellent, highly professional communication etiquette - phone, email, personal.Strong typing skills along with data entry accuracy.Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is highly desirable.Knowledge of office management practices including filing systems and calendar management.Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.Join us as an Operations Clerk to be an essential part of our team -- bringing energy, efficiency, and excellence to every task!
