Job Summary Pet Reflections is seeking a highly organized, hands-on manager to help oversee operations, client relationships, software systems, and business growth for our pet aftercare company serving veterinary clinics throughout Utah and Wyoming. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment and enjoys balancing operations, technology, customer service, team leadership, and relationship management. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems independently, and help move the business forward. If you enjoy building systems, improving processes, working with clients, leading people, and wearing multiple hats, this could be a strong fit. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day business operations and team accountability Maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinic clients and partners Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally Lead software implementation, onboarding, training, and ongoing client support Maintain and oversee company software systems, workflows, and account setup Support QuickBooks reconciliation and operational financial tracking Identify and develop new veterinary clinic relationships and sales opportunities Hiring, onboarding, coaching, employee accountability, and performance management Collaborate with office and production teams to improve efficiency and communication Help improve operational systems, workflows, and customer experience Support ownership with business growth initiatives and strategic priorities Qualifications 3+ years of operations, management, client relations, account management, or business leadership experience required Experience managing people and handling employee issues professionally Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable learning and managing software platforms and business systems QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience preferred Sales, client relationship management, or business development experience preferred Self-motivated and capable of working independently Professional, dependable, adaptable, and solution-oriented Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a changing environment Experience in veterinary, healthcare, logistics, service, or small business operations is a plus Pet Reflections provides pet cremation and memorial services with professionalism, compassion, and care. We work closely with veterinary clinics and pet families during difficult moments, and we take pride in providing respectful service, operational excellence, and meaningful memorial products. We are building systems and processes to support future growth and are looking for someone who wants to help strengthen and improve the business long-term.
