We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on individual to join our Operations Team in a role that combines office support and field operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced operation. About the Position This is NOT a desk-only job. The right candidate will assist our Area Managers with: Administrative support Payroll/timekeeping coordination Property visits Supply and uniform checks Quality control walkthroughs General operational support You will split your time between the office and visiting properties throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. Because this role involves communication with field employees, supervisors, and management, fluency in both English and Spanish is REQUIRED. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Collect and organize payroll/timekeeping information Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized records and operational reports Assist with scheduling and daily operational coordination Support Area Managers with administrative tasks and follow-up Field Support Visit assigned properties regularly Check supply inventory and report shortages Verify staff uniforms and presentation standards Perform quality control walkthroughs Report operational concerns and updates to management Assist with onboarding and setup at new accounts General Operations Support Help ensure properties are running smoothly Follow up on open operational issues Communicate with supervisors and field employees Assist during emergencies, call-outs, or special projects when needed Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED Strong organizational skills Reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, mobile apps) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation REQUIRED Comfortable traveling to multiple properties throughout the day Experience in janitorial operations, property management, hospitality, or service industries is a SUPER plus — but not required. Compensation & Benefits $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time Position Car allowance or mileage reimbursement Gas, tolls, and parking covered 90-Day Performance Increase Opportunity Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and initiative during their first 90 days may be eligible for a performance-based pay increase of: +$1.00 to +$2.00 per hour Growth Opportunity This position has strong long-term growth potential within our operations department.
