Operations Coordinator - Jean Dousset (Westfield Valley Fair) Location:Santa Clara, CA (Westfield Valley Fair)Job Type:Full-Time In-PersonSchedule:5 Days per Week (Weekends Required)Compensation:$65,000 - $72,000 annually (based on experience)Employment Type:Full-Time, Exempt About Jean Dousset Jean Dousset is a designer lab diamond and fine jewelry brand redefining modern luxury.As the direct descendant of Louis Cartier and the designer behind iconic celebrity engagement rings worn by Paris Hilton, Amy Adams, and Eva Longoria, Jean Dousset brings a unique heritage and design pedigree to the evolving world of lab-grown diamonds.Following the success of our Los Angeles and New York boutiques, we are expanding to , one of the premier luxury retail destinations in the United States.Position Summary The is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational functions of the boutique, ensuring all processes, inventory, and presentation standards are executed with accuracy and consistency.This role plays a critical part in maintaining boutique readiness, managing back-of-house organization, and supporting overall operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities Boutique Operations Support daily boutique readiness, including opening and closing procedures Ensure the boutique is consistently organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards Maintain visual and operational presentation standards across the boutique Inventory & Product Management Manage inventory restocking, tagging, and merchandise preparation Perform inventory control and maintain accurate records within the internal VJ inventory system Assist with inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation processes Maintain back-of-house organization and ensure proper storage of merchandise Order Fulfillment & Logistics Support order fulfillment processes, including shipping and in-store pickups Coordinate packaging and ensure all materials meet brand standards Assist with tracking and managing incoming and outgoing shipments Operational Support Maintain operational systems, records, and documentation with accuracy Support boutique events, trunk shows, and special operational needs Partner with leadership to ensure smooth execution of daily operations What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in luxury retail operations, inventory management, or similar roles Experience working with inventory management systems (ERP or similar) Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, process-driven, and highly organized Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs Availability to work weekends and peak retail periods Role Details & Benefits Type:Full-Time, Exempt Salary:$65,000 - $72,000 annually Schedule:5 days per week, weekends required Location:In-person, Westfield Valley Fair (Santa Clara, CA) Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Employee jewelry discount Growth opportunities within a growing luxury brand Employment & Compliance Salary range provided in compliance with California pay transparency laws Employment is at-will Pay:$65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits:Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience:Fine Jewelry:4 years (Required) Jewelry Operations:4 years (Required) Inventory management:3 years (Required) Location:Santa Clara, CA 95056 (Required) Ability to Commute:Santa Clara, CA 95056 (Required) Work Location:In person.
