Operations & Human Resources Coordinator LA Peace of Mind — Los Angeles, CA $40–$50/hour | Part-Time | Hybrid Join a Growing Mental Health Practice Where Systems, People, and Purpose Matter LA Peace of Mind is a well-established and growing mental health practice serving the Los Angeles community. Our team includes licensed psychologists, therapists, associates, trainees, and administrative professionals working together to provide high-quality care within a collaborative and mission-driven environment. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and systems-oriented professional to support operations, HR coordination, compliance tracking, and workforce administration within our practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving organization, coordinating moving parts, and helping a professional organization run smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be DoingOperations & Administrative Coordination Maintain organized operational systems, tracking tools, and workflows Coordinate administrative projects and internal processes Help improve organization, follow-through, and workflow consistency across departments Support leadership with operational and organizational initiatives HR & Workforce Support Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for staff, trainees, and contractors Maintain personnel records, workforce documentation, and compliance tracking Assist with HR-related administrative coordination and documentation Coordinate with external HR/payroll and benefits platforms Compliance & Documentation Support Maintain compliance calendars and deadline tracking systems Organize licensing, credentialing, and regulatory documentation Support audit readiness and record organization Track training, supervision, and required compliance items Vendor & Benefits Support Research operational savings opportunities and staff discount programs Assist with employee benefits administration and related coordination Help maintain vendor and service agreement records Support communication with external service providers and operational vendors What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: exceptionally organized and detail-oriented proactive and reliable comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines skilled at creating and maintaining systems professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information collaborative and easy to work with interested in supporting a growing organization long-term This role is especially well-suited for: experienced administrative professionals HR coordinators operations coordinators healthcare administrators professionals returning to the workforce individuals seeking meaningful part-time work with flexibility and growth potential Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in administrative, HR, operations, healthcare, or compliance-related roles Strong organizational and systems-management skills Excellent written communication and follow-through Ability to manage confidential information professionally High attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or other regulated environments Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes Experience coordinating documentation, tracking systems, or operational workflows Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills Compensation & Schedule $40–$50/hour depending on experience Approximately 20 hours per week Hybrid schedule negotiable Primarily in-office with some flexibility for remote work There is strong opportunity for expanded responsibilities and long-term growth as the organization continues to evolve.
