Job Summary Monarch Waste Technologies is hiring a Senior Operations & Maintenance Technician to support a continuous industrial pyrolysis facility.This is a hands-on, maintenance-focused role responsible for keeping equipment running safely and reliably.You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical systems while supporting operations during startup, shutdown, and upset conditions.Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair on industrial equipment:Conveyors, shredders, rotary valves, motors, gearboxes, pumps, fans Diagnose equipment failures and restore operation quickly Execute preventative maintenance (PMs) and inspections Identify and correct root causes of recurring issues Support operations with:Startups, shutdowns, and clearing material jams Assist with installation and upgrades of equipment Maintain safe work practices (LOTO, PPE, etc.) Qualifications Required:High School Diploma or GED 5years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and with a team Preferred:Experience in heavy industrial environments (power, WTE, manufacturing) Welding/rotating equipment/fabrication experience Basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, sensors, VFDs) Experience with conveyors, shredders, or similar equipment Work Environment Industrial setting (heat, dust, moving equipment) Physical work required (lifting, climbing, standing) Must be able to work rotating shifts and respond to issues as needed Apply If you are a hands-on technician who can diagnose and fix equipment without supervision, apply today.Pay:$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
