Boxcar Burgers is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our new Smith Haven Mall location that will be opening its new location around the end of June . We're looking for someone who leads from the front, thrives in high volume environments, and understands that consistency matters more than excuses. It's the consistency that separates us from the rest. Responsibilities include Leading daily operations Managing and coaching staff Maintaining food quality and cleanliness standards Handling scheduling, prep, and shift execution is a must Creating a strong positive team culture built on accountability and hospitality Average of a 55 hour work week.
