Operations Manager We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our New Brighton, MN team! As our operations Manager, you will manage the operational aspects of our facility. This will entail P&L responsibilities, EHS responsibilities and Operations reporting responsibilities for both our Liquid Coatings and Shot Peening operations. You will support operational excellence, customer satisfaction, capital investment strategies and profitable growth while maintaining flawless safety, environmental, and quality performance. Location: New Brighton, MN Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in MN. Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer. Assist with the development of budgeting, forecasts, monthly financials, cost enhancement, pricing strategy and capital investment justification. Facilitate sales growth through work with facility Sales Manager AND Quality Manager. Assist in maintaining all 3rd party certifications (NADCAP, AS9100, ISO9001, customer specific). Drive all continuous improvements within the New Brighton facility. Fully responsible for all Environmental, Health & Safety programs, tasks and reporting. Fully responsible for all corporate reporting needs. </
