Overview A multi-million dollar premium fitness facility is launching in Tampa. Large-format, full-spectrum, built to a standard the market hasn’t seen. Pre-sale begins in the coming weeks. We’re hiring a senior operator to lead the launch and own daily operations from doors-open forward. This is a build-from-zero seat with real ownership, real numbers, and a direct line to the Founder. If you’ve been running someone else’s playbook and waiting for the room where the playbook gets written, this is that room. Responsibilities Lead pre-sale execution and member acquisition Own daily operations: hiring, training, scheduling, floor standards Drive core KPIs: EFT, ARPM, retention, ancillary revenue, NPS Build and develop the operations team Run the operating rhythm of daily huddles, weekly reviews, monthly performance accountability Partner with GM and Sales Manager on revenue and retention Build the operating playbook for future locations Requirements 5+ years in fitness operations 2+ years in senior leadership (GM, Ops Director, Regional) Pre-opening or pre-sale experience strongly preferred P&L fluency.
