The Shop Operations Manager is responsible for monitoring production output, supervising shop staff, and ensuring products meet specification and quality standards. Essential Functions Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and its employees including performance management and safety training. Increase the efficiency of operations and scheduling production. Ensure the shop stays on schedule and within budget. Understand safety, quality control, and production expectations.
