Role Description This is a full-time Operations Manager role located on-site in Chandler, AZ. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, manage staff scheduling, ensure compliance with state regulations, and address client service concerns. This role is responsible for care coordination, staffing, recruiting, client satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence while supporting the growth and success of the agency. Key Responsibilities Client & Care Coordination Conduct client consultations and care assessments Oversee client onboarding and care setup Ensure high-quality, personalized care and client satisfaction Address client concerns and support continuity of care Scheduling & Staffing Manage caregiver schedules and staffing coverage Coordinate call-offs and last-minute scheduling needs Match caregivers based on client needs and personalities Maintain a strong and reliable caregiver bench Recruiting & Team Leadership Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard caregivers Support caregiver training, coaching, and accountability Foster a positive, team-oriented culture Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day office operations Ensure documentation and records remain accurate and compliant Support payroll, reporting, and operational systems Maintain quality assurance and agency standards Community & Relationship Building Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners Represent the agency professionally in the community Support networking and business growth initiatives Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare operations, scheduling, recruiting, or care coordination preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Ability to work on-site in Chandler, AZ This Role is Ideal For Someone Who Takes ownership and leads with heart Moves quickly and solves problems proactively Genuinely cares about people and service quality Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Wants to make a meaningful impact every day Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
