Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Oversee profit loss management to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with senior management to establish strategic planning initiatives that align with business development goals. Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of operational projects. Analyze operational performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making processes. Coordinate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with market demands. Requirements Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Demonstrated experience in profit loss management and financial oversight. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred. Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results within deadlines. Strong strategic planning abilities with a keen understanding of business development principles. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
