Hey, I'm Alex, founder of Hilaine. We're an intimates and shapewear brand growing at an before unseen speed and we've hit the stage where the operational side of this business needs a real owner. Right now I'm the one holding it all together, and that's not where my time should be going. That's why I'm hiring. A bit about us: Hilaine is built around quality, comfort, and making women feel extraordinary in their own skin through what they wear. We're not just another intimates brand, what we're building has real people, community and vision behind it. I want operations to be our unfair advantage, the invisible engine that lets us move faster than anyone our size or above us, and I need someone as obsessed as myself to build it that way. Why this role exists: Right now I'm personally managing supplier relationships, chasing down inventory updates, troubleshooting fulfillment issues, and trying to build scalable processes/systems in between everything else. Each of those problems is solvable. Together, they're a ceiling. I need someone to own all of it so we can stop reacting and start growing. What you'll be doing: Own end-to-end supply chain operations, from purchase orders to production timelines to on-time delivery Manage inventory planning and forecasting over shorter periods (weeks to a few months) so we're never caught overstocked or out of our bestsellers (dashboards with clear data on hand) Oversee fulfillment and 3PL relationships, holding partners accountable to SLAs and fixing problems before customers feel them Build and document operational systems and SOPs that let us scale without chaos across our departments Be able to identify and plan according to certain situations or bottlenecks Identify inefficiencies across the business and replace them with processes that actually work, and collaborate with managers of other departments to make these processes strong.
