About the job Operations Specialist The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals. This role analyzes workflows, coordinates cross-functional processes, and implements operational improvements to enhance productivity and performance. The Operations Specialist works closely with internal teams including finance, customer success, HR, and leadership to streamline operations and support business growth in a fully remote environment. This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
