The Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operational processes, support project management tasks, and assist in streamlining workflows to ensure operational efficiency. The role also involves supporting sales processes, facilitating communication across teams, and performing analytical reviews to enhance decision-making and strategy implementation. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, provide insights, and support strategic decision-making Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners Experience in Sales and ability to support sales-related processes and workflows Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee and improve organizational processes Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Previous experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
