Job Description
Operations Manager A growing and well-established disaster restoration company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations and support continued growth within the market. This leadership role is responsible for managing restoration field operations, leading technicians and crews, coordinating active projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across mitigation and restoration projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to balance operational execution, customer service, scheduling, and team accountability. Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations for residential, commercial, and large-loss restoration projects Lead, develop, and supervise restoration and remediation technicians and field crews Coordinate manpower, scheduling, equipment, service vehicles, and emergency response activities Manage water, fire, mold, wind, storm, and other mitigation projects from initial response through completion Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines Monitor project progress, job quality, productivity, and documentation accuracy Maintain communication between customers, technicians, subcontractors, and leadership teams Review daily paperwork, timesheets, and job documentation for accuracy and completion Participate in on-call rotation and support emergency response efforts as needed Qualifications 5+ years of restoration, remediation, or mitigation experience Previous experience leading restoration crews, technicians, or field operations teams Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, and storm restoration processes Industry certifications preferred Bilingual skills are a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license required Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organization Company-provided tools and operational support Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) Paid time off and holidays If you are a driven operations leader looking to join a stable and growing restoration organization, we encourage you to apply today.
