As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our restaurants. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Team Management Lead and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including crew members and shift leaders. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and provide outstanding customer service. Conduct performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and development. Operational Excellence Ensure all operational procedures, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with management to order supplies and products as needed. Oversee the preparation and cooking of food to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Health and Safety Compliance Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
