Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Williamsburg, VA. The Operations Supervisor will lead day-to-day operational activities, including managing store processes, coordinating workflow, and ensuring team efficiency to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, fostering operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize operational performance and elevate the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills with leadership experience in managing teams and guiding productivity Expertise in operations and operations management, with a strong focus on process optimization and efficiency Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and implementing process improvements Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and foster teamwork Prior experience in retail or luxury brand operations is preferred Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in relevant operational tools and software systems
