Toggle navigation New Search Sign Up Login Operations & Support Coordinator Petaluma, CA 94952 Industry : Administrative Job Number: 45015 Pay Rate: 21.00 Job Description Operations & Support Coordinator- Petaluma- CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required, occasional weekends) Pay: $21–$24/hour We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations & Support Coordinator to join a growing team. This role focuses on fleet and vehicle management, along with day-to-day operational and administrative support. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment and is looking for long-term growth. What You’ll Be Doing Fleet & Vehicle Management Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with vendors and dealerships Track registrations, licensing, and compliance for company vehicles Monitor fleet activity and generate reports as needed Operations & Customer Support Serve as a primary point of contact for clients Schedule services and follow up on appointments Prepare basic estimates and process related paperwork Support service coordination and vendor communication Maintain accurate records using Excel, CRM systems (ACT), and internal databases Track inventory, equipment, and supplies Coordinate repairs, purchasing, and vendor relationships Support supervisors with scheduling, reporting, and daily operations Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks What You Bring Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (CRM experience a plus; ACT helpful) QuickBooks experience is a plus (training available) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule About Star Staffing: A women-powered workforce solutions and staffing company serving Northern California with offices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Napa, Fairfield, Sacramento, Lodi, Hayward, Stockton, and Manteca.
