Job#: 3032173 Job Description: Operations Support III Location: Denver, Colorado (On-site) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 months Role Overview As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will perform duties to support up to three executives and provide general oversight of the office space. This role requires an independent, proactive professional capable of managing multiple conflicting objectives and handling confidential material with the highest degree of integrity. This specific role is required to be fulfilled onsite five days a week. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including managing and coordinating daily schedules and calendars for multiple executives. Manage executive travel coordination for domestic and international needs, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Handle expense management for yourself and executives. Plan and coordinate employee engagement events of various sizes. Manage building access for employees and visitors. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office technology. Order and maintain general office supply inventories. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all safety standards are met. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a role with a comparable level of experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time wisely. Superior interpersonal communication skills and a strong executive presence. Experience with event coordination, including scheduling and preparing materials. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level executives. Ability to proactively anticipate problems, mitigate risks, and implement resolutions. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Concur.
