Operations Support Specialist

HSFC is seeking a dependable and organized Operations Support Specialist to support daily food service operations across multiple sites. This entry-level position will assist with on-site monitoring, operational follow-up, staff support, and ensuring company standards are being followed. Responsibilities: Conduct basic on-site operational monitoring Support site staff and daily operations Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards Assist with documentation and follow-up on operational issues Communicate professionally with site staff and leadership Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable with reliable transportation Comfortable working in school cafeteria environments Ability to work independently and follow directions Food service or school nutrition experience preferred, but not required Experience or familiarity with Child Nutrition Programs (NSLP, CACFP, SFSP) is a plus, but not required Schedule: Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on site monitoring needs.
