Job description Delivery & Operations Crew Member (Growth Opportunity + Performance Pay) 25 plus hours per week, season ends in November We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team delivering and setting up party rentals to include tents and inflatables. This is a hands-on position with strong growth potential for the right person. Responsibilities: Deliver, set up, and pick up inflatables (bounce houses, slides, etc.) Operate mechanical rides Clean and sanitize equipment to company standards Assist with daily operations, organization, and warehouse tasks Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely Provide excellent customer service on-site Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (200+ lbs with assistance) Comfortable driving box trucks and trucks with trailers Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to handle heat (including 90–100°+ summer days) Must be available to work weekends (this is a weekend-heavy business) Position Details: While we rent out fun, the job is hard and physically demanding.
